COACHING

Coaching for me is creating a safe space in which you can connect with yourself, better understand your desires and needs. We start by looking at what you want to work on and who do you want to become. What happens once you get there… and beyond?
I’ll help you visualise this and find your resources on this journey. Also finding the best way how to get closer and closer to your goal.
After we’ve walked around your topic and your desired future, we’ll look at where you are now.
Seeing clearly starts by focusing on yourself.
I’m on this journey with you to create a safe enough space for you to focus on yourself and look into the future.

Coaching sessions can be

For you, if you two want to make progress on a particular topic but are stuck somewhere in the process. If the goal is common and you are partners, business partners, colleagues or even friends.
For you, if you’ve been working together for a while, or know each other from somewhere, have common experience and want to work together on a topic, to make progress together, to see what works well and what could work even better.
If you have never met before, but now for some reason you want to work, learn, grow, deepen together. Usually there is a topic around which group coaching is organised. We explore this topic using different creative tools, harnessing the power of shared knowledge. The wonderful thing about this process is that the collective knowledge will always be more than the sum of the knowledge of the individuals. Here, something common becomes available from the previously unknown.

MEDIATION

Mediation can be a great help when there is a conflict, when so much has built up that the two sides cannot hear each other anymore. Because of resentment and hurt, everyone can only see their own point of view and often communication itself becomes difficult. Along the way, there are many situations where mediation can help. At the beginning of the process when there is already a lot of conflict and it escalates, but communication is still possibble. The presence of a mediator can be also helpful talking through a particular conflict or difficult issue. Or at the end of the spectrum, when one of the parties would like to go to court or some legal body, but still gives a chance for a discussion before going legal. This is when mediation can do wonders.

As a mediator, I am committed to creating a safe space where everyone can be themselves. A space where you can be present, listen and hear each other with complete trust and love. I believe that listening and connecting can do wonders. I am honoured when I can create space for miracles to happen between people.
Mediation sessions can be
For the two of you, if you’re stuck somewhere along the way and you two want to make progress on a particular issue. If you can’t see the possibilities, you find it hard to hear each other, but you recognise the stuckness. If you want a safe space where the focus is on hearing each other and building from there to the best solution for both of you.
Community mediation is a complex mediation process. For organizations, institutions, self-organizing communities or any multi-stakeholder groups, where many people are involved in a situation or conflict. Community mediation is a longer process in which several mediators are involved. First they are mapping the conflict and community relations. It consists of several conversations in which all parties to the conflict can give their point of view. From this, the mediators draw up the map of the conflict and its possible effects, and then work together to find a solution, involving all parties concerned.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

Our organizations and communities are living organizations and function like a family. I believe that it is not only the organization and procesess that needs to be developed, but most importantly the people working in it need to be supported. If the leader and the employees are doing well, the organization will develop involuntarily. I believe, we need to create spaces and processes where people can work well with each other and that is the most effective way to move towards a common goal.

It is also very important where do we focus in the day-to-day life of the organization.
By focusing on what is already working well, we can create a resource-rooted corporate mentality instead of blaming and complaining.
Building on what is working also encourages and empowers employees to do more of that, thus building an upward spiral of collaboration, discussion and organizational culture. This also allows us to turn to problematic issues with ease and turn them into processes that support people the best.
